Our client need a lighter reaction bar to help their operators to support the torque of a heavy screwing control tool. We used Additive Manufacturing and now this solution will go in 22 applications.

Continuous Carbon Fiber (CF) distribution:

The outerlines are reinforced with two contiuous carbon fibler layers (in blue).

The different blocks of CF inner layers are disposed 45º one from the other in clockwise direction for a better force stresses distrubution (also in blue).

Design, Innovate Transform

We create a second trigger ring for a screwing tool able to put it upside down thanks to a cicle hole in the middle of the part. Also this second trigger works as security, the operator has to use both hands to make the tool work!
